Returns
To be eligible for a return, returns must be received by Venroy within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags intact, unwashed, and unworn.
All sale items purchased online are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless deemed faulty. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. If an item is returned, it will be sent back to you at an additional charge. All sale orders will not be accepted in store.
