• Available for selected postcodes in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
• If your order is eligible, the option will be displayed at checkout.
• Delivery is before 6:00pm.
• Prices start at $15 and are based on your postcode, calculated at checkout.
• Please make sure you are available to receive your order. We are unable to leave it unattended or at a locker box, and redelivery will incur an additional charge.
• Same Day Delivery is unavailable during sale periods.

Click & Collect is available at our Australian stores. If your order is eligible, the option will be displayed at the first stage of checkout.

• Orders placed before 4:00pm can be picked up the same day. Orders placed after 4:00pm can be picked up the following day.
• Our store staff will be in touch once your order is ready for collection.
• We will hold your order for 14 days from the date it is ready for collection. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this timeframe. Please contact Customer Care at info@venroy.com.au or call +612 9331 1123 if you need assistance.
• Click & Collect is unavailable during sale periods.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Homebush, NSW, Australia.

• You'll be notified by email once your order is received.
• We'll notify you again with tracking information when your order is dispatched.
• Australian orders: we recommend the Australia Post Calculator for a more specific ETA. For orders sent to WA, we recommend Express Shipping to avoid delays. Please see the Australia Post Domestic Delivery Times page for current timeframes.
• International orders: track your order via the Global-e Portal using the order number in your dispatch email.

• Paradiso orders are dispatched from Sydney via Australia Post Standard or DHL Express.
• Individual purchases of Paradiso samples (2.5ml) ship via DHL Express at a flat rate of $5, or via Australia Post Standard for $12.
• You'll be notified by email once your order is received, and again with tracking information when it is dispatched.
• Orders including both ready-to-wear and Paradiso may be split. You will receive tracking information for each parcel.
• Paradiso is available via Click & Collect at your preferred Venroy store, and via Same Day Delivery.
• Fragrance is subject to air freight restrictions in some countries. Availability will be shown at checkout based on your destination.
