Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to seasonal demand. Allow extra time for regional or remote areas, and note that minor dispatch delays can occur during peak periods.
International Delivery Dates
For our international customers, orders placed by the dates below are expected to arrive before Christmas. These cut-offs are based on DHL Express timelines and apply to countries listed in our international shipping table. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly.

Shipping and Collection Options
We offer Standard and Express Shipping for online orders, as well as Same-Day Delivery and Click & Collect across Venroy stores, depending on location and product availability.
Same-Day Delivery is available in select metro areas — order before 11am for same-day shipping, or before 2pm for 3-hour delivery.*
Click and Collect is available at all Venroy stores, subject to product availability.

Holiday Returns
Enjoy a little extra peace of mind over the festive season.
All items purchased between 1 December 2025 and 24 December 2025 — online or in-store — are eligible for return until Wednesday, 7 January 2026.
Outside of this period, our usual 14-day return policy applies.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that fragrance (EDP) and final sale items are not eligible for return.
