Do you have any stockists?
No. Venroy clothing is available exclusively online through our website and in our physical stores located in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Australia and Capri, Italy.
Do you ship internationally?
All orders are shipped internationally from Sydney, Australia via DHL Express to all countries excluding Russia. Please visit our shipping page for further information.
Will I be charged taxes and duties?
If you do not live in Australia, please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged on deliveries to your country. Duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported. These charges depend on your country’s import legislation and will not be covered by Venroy.
How do I use my gift card?
Can I use my store credit online?
Yes, please email our customer care team at info@venroy.com.au to convert your store credit for online use.
Can I reserve stock in the store?
Of course, please contact our stores directly, they will be able to confirm stock for you.
If an item is out of stock, how can I be notified if it's restocked?
Simply, go to the item you wish to purchase, select the colour and size and if the product is out of stock, there will be an option to register your interest below.
How long do I have to collect my Click & Collect order?
We will hold your Click & Collect order for 14 days from the date it is ready for collection. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this timeframe. Please ensure you collect your order on time or contact Customer Care at info@venroy.com.au or call +612 9331 1123 to see if we can assist.
What if I cannot collect my Click & Collect order in 14 days?
If your order is not collected within 14 days of the collection date, it will no longer be available for collection. You will receive an email confirming that we have cancelled your order and provide you with a refund.
Will you or do you run Black Friday sales or campaigns?
Venroy is built on an ever-lasting wardrobe. Our product is purposeful and our designs are made to last. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and see it as our responsibility to create items that are re-worn and enjoyed well after seasonal trends are buried. As an intentional lifestyle brand, it does not align with our values to participate in Black Friday sales periods. We believe that sales and discounting are key drivers of mindless consumption and we prefer not to entice customers into purchasing unnecessary goods. We encourage you to explore our range of products created with purpose and intention, either online or in-store.
I want to return a gift, can I do this?
We accept returns of gifted products within our return window, provided they are unworn and the tags intact. Submit your return via our Returns Portal by entering the order number and email associated with the original purchase. If you do not have the required order information, please follow the prompts on our gift return and exchange portal and a representative from our customer care team will be in touch. If you do not have the information above, please follow the prompts on our return portal or call us at +61 (2) 9331 1123 or email info@venroy.com.au.
Garments
When will you restock an item that’s sold out?
We produce all of our garments in limited runs. Generally, this means once a product is sold out it will not be replaced. However, we do replenish a core selection of styles each season. Please feel free to get in touch about any product at info@venroy.com.au.
How do I wash my Venroy garments?
Special fabrics require special care. Generally, we recommend gentle machine washing in cold water and hanging to air dry; machine drying will likely cause items to shrink. Precise care instructions are attached to each garment. For more information, view our Product Care page.
How do I care for my swimwear?
Cold hand wash in mild detergent to remove salt or chlorine from the garment.
My knitwear has lost its shape, what do I do?
Our knitwear is made of delicate yarn and requires care when laundering. The knit construction may give when worn, however, once washed it will return to its original shape. We recommend easing the garment back to its original shape while wet. You may also use a gentle iron to ease the garment back into the correct shape.
How do I store my knitwear and linen t-shirts?
We recommend folding knitwear and linen jersey garments to store and avoid hanging.
Paradiso
I've unsealed my fragrance, but now I'm having second thoughts - can I initiate a return?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of any fragrance purchased from Venroy. If we receive unsealed items, it will be returned to you. You will be notified by our team once your item has been returned to you.
I’ve received my order and my fragrance is damaged - what do I do?
Your purchase should always reach you in perfect condition. In the odd chance your fragrance is damaged on arrival, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery.
What is the best way to return my fragrance?
We will not accept any returns of fragrance at Venroy. Please refer to our terms and conditions and returns policy.
I received Paradiso as a gift, it's unopened. Can I return it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of any fragrance purchased from Venroy. If we receive unsealed items, it will be returned to you. You will be notified by our team once your item has been returned to you.

Can I change or amend my order once it's been placed?
If you notice something is incorrect with your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to change or amend the order, however, we are unable to make any changes once your order has been dispatched.

Can I return or exchange my online order in store?
We offer in-store exchanges and refunds on online orders. Our staff can provide an exchange or store credit on the spot or can accept your product as a return and notify the head office team to refund the online payment for you. Returns must be received by Venroy within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags intact, unwashed, and unworn.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email that will include your tracking number. This will allow you to track your order via the Australia Post website.
