Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates

To receive your order in time for Christmas, please place your order by the dates below.

We recommend selecting Express Shipping during this period to ensure your order arrives on time.

Express Shipping

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to seasonal demand. Allow extra time for regional or remote areas, and note that minor dispatch delays can occur during peak periods.

• Available before 11:00 am AEST Monday to Sunday.
• Same day delivery is available for selected postcodes in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
• If your order is eligible for Same Day shipping, it will be displayed at checkout.
• Delivery is before 6:00 pm.
• Prices start at $15 and are subject to your postcode which will be calculated at checkout.
• Please make sure you are available to receive your order as we are unable to leave it unattended or at a locker box. There will be an additional charge for redelivery.
• Same day delivery is unavailable during sale periods.

• Available before 2:00 pm AEST Monday to Sunday.
• 3-hour delivery is available for selected postcodes in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
• If your order is eligible for Same Day shipping, it will be displayed at checkout.
• Delivery is within a 3-hour window starting from 12pm AEST
• Prices start at $20 and are subject to your postcode which will be calculated at checkout.
• Please make sure you are available to receive your order as we are unable to leave it unattended or at a locker box. There will be an additional charge for redelivery.
• 3-hr delivery is unavailable during sale periods.

If your order is eligible for Click & Collect, the option will be displayed at the first stage of checkout.

• Orders placed before 4:00 pm can be picked up on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm can be picked up the following day. You’ll be contacted via email when your order is ready for pickup. You can collect your order at your preferred Venroy store.
• For Click and Collect orders, our store staff will be in touch once your order is ready for collection.
• We will hold your Click & Collect order for 14 days from the date it is ready for collection. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this timeframe. Please ensure you collect your order on time or contact Customer Care at info@venroy.com.au or call +612 9331 1123 to see if we can assist.
• Click & Collect is unavailable during sale periods.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Homebush, NSW, Australia.

• Once your order is received you’ll be notified by email.
• We’ll notify you and provide tracking information when your order is dispatched.
• We recommend using the Aus Post Calculator for a more specific ETA in domestic locations.
• For orders sent to WA, we recommend Express Shipping to avoid delays. For updated Australia Post shipping times for WA please see the Australia Post Domestic Delivery Times page.

• Paradiso orders are dispatched from Sydney via Australia Post Standard or DHL Express.
• Individual purchases of Paradiso samples (2.5ml) will be shipped via DHL Express at a flat rate of $5 or via Australia Post Standard for $12.
• Once your order is received you’ll be notified by email.
• We’ll also notify you and provide tracking information when your order is dispatched.
• Orders including Venroy ready-to-wear and Paradiso could be split, you will receive tracking information when your order is dispatched.
• Paradiso is available via click & collect at your preferred Venroy store and Same-Day Delivery.

• All orders are shipped internationally from Sydney, Australia via DHL Express to all countries excluding Russia, at a flat delivery fee.
• If you do not live in Australia, please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged on delivery to your country.
• Duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported.
• These charges depend on your country’s import legislation and will not be covered by Venroy.
