Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Homebush, NSW, Australia.

  • Orders placed before 10:00 am AEST (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time are dispatched the following business day.
  • During peak trade periods, please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for dispatch.
  • You'll be notified by email once your order is received, and again with tracking information when it is dispatched.
  • We recommend the Australia Post Calculator for a more specific ETA within Australia.
  • For orders sent to WA, we recommend Express Shipping to avoid delays. Please see the Australia Post Domestic Delivery Times page for current timeframes.

Same-Day Delivery

  • Orders must be placed before 10:00 am AEST.
  • Available for selected postcodes in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. If available to your postcode, the option will display at checkout.
  • Delivery is before 6:00 pm.
  • Prices start at $15 and are based on your postcode, calculated at checkout.
  • Not available on weekends, public holidays or during sale periods.
  • Please make sure you are available to receive your order. We are unable to leave it unattended or at a locker box, and redelivery will incur an additional charge.

3-Hour Delivery

  • Orders must be placed before 1:00 pm AEST.
  • Available for selected postcodes in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. If available to your postcode, the option will display at checkout.
  • Delivery is within a 3-hour window starting from 12:00 pm AEST.
  • Prices start at $20 and are based on your postcode, calculated at checkout.
  • Not available on weekends, public holidays or during sale periods.
  • Please make sure you are available to receive your order. We are unable to leave it unattended or at a locker box, and redelivery will incur an additional charge.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available at our Australian stores. If your order is eligible, the option will be displayed at the first stage of checkout.

  • Orders placed before 4:00 pm can be collected the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm can be collected the following day. Our store team will be in touch by email once your order is ready.
  • Collect from your preferred Venroy store.
  • We will hold your order for 14 days from the date it is ready for collection, and unfortunately we cannot extend this timeframe. If you need assistance, please contact our Client Experience team at info@venroy.com.au or on +61 489 264 632.
  • Not available during sale periods.

Paradiso

  • Paradiso orders are dispatched from Sydney via Australia Post Standard or DHL Express.
  • Individual purchases of Paradiso samples (2.5ml) ship via DHL Express at a flat rate of $5, or via Australia Post Standard for $12.
  • You'll be notified by email once your order is received, and again with tracking information when it is dispatched.
  • Orders including both ready-to-wear and Paradiso may be split. You'll receive tracking information for each parcel.
  • Paradiso is available via Click & Collect at your preferred Venroy store and via Same-Day Delivery.

International Shipping

  • All orders ship internationally from Sydney, Australia with DHL Express. We currently ship to all countries except Russia.
  • For most destinations, duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery. A small number of destinations are charged separately. Please check your country on our Shipping page before ordering.
  • Free express shipping applies to selected countries once your order reaches the qualifying amount for your destination. For all other destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • Transit times range from 1 to 8 business days depending on your destination, beginning from dispatch.
  • Your dispatch confirmation will include your Global-e order number. Track your order any time via the Global-e Portal.
  • Digital gift cards are not currently available to international customers.
