A message to our community
Above all else we hope you and yours are well and continue to be well during these uncertain times.
With an excess of information in the media and news it is important we stay clear and concise about our part in ensuring our staff and customers health and safety during this phase of high-risk transmissions of Covid-19. As a business we are monitoring the advice and best practice directly from the World Health Organisation and Australia’s Chief Medical Officer.
New Store Hours
From Monday 30th of March all of our Stores will be operating via pre-booked appointments only.

We look forward to returning all stores to regular operation and will communicate this information when accurate.
Best Hygiene Practice
It has always been our responsibility to offer a clean and calm environment within our stores. In light of recent events we would like to reassure you with these additional practices currently in place amongst all Venroy premises.
- We have briefed our store staff to practice thorough and consistent personal hygiene along with regular disinfecting of our stores common touch points.
- We have provided hand sanitiser stations in each store which we encourage staff and customers to use.
- Our staff have been instructed to source non-handled products for final sale where applicable.
- We have also advised store staff to offer the ultimate customer service keeping social distancing in mind and will approach each customer individually considering their preference of service.
To support those spending this time at home, we will be recruiting more members to our E-commerce and Customer Care teams, who will be at the ready should you need questions answered or stock checked remotely. Our off-site logistics centre is also following strict precautions ensuring the practice of best hygiene policies.
We thank you for your patience and understanding as we endeavour to provide you with service and goods as best we can under these developing circumstances. We will adapt accordingly, focusing on our customers and staffs well-being, and the day by day advice of those in the best of knowledge.
