Orders placed before 10am AEDT Monday - Friday are dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 10am AEDT Monday - Friday will be dispatched the following business day
You will be notified by email that your order has been received, following this tracking information for your parcel will be emailed at time of dispatch

Will I be charged taxes and duties?

If you do not live in Australia, please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged on delivery into your country. Although this does not always occur, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported. These charges depend on your country’s import legislation and will not be covered by Venroy.

**Same Day Shipping Service

Orders placed before 12pm AEDT Monday - Friday will be delivered to you between 6pm - 9pm the same day. Please make sure you nominate an address on the order where someone will be able to receive the parcel in the evening
