Change of mind returns are not accepted. Venroy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these terms. If a non-compliant item is returned, it will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, cancelled or combined with any other order. Venroy reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorised resale, bulk purchasing, pricing errors, or stock discrepancies. In the event of a cancellation initiated by Venroy, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Venroy reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, and to cancel or refuse orders arising from such errors.

Australian Orders
Standard Shipping is available for a flat rate of 10 AUD. Express Shipping, Same Day Delivery and Click & Collect will not be available during the sale period.
