CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED?
- We want you looking your best, so it is not a problem if you would like to exchange a purchased item for a different size or style, as long as the item is in a resalable condition ( still has tags, unwashed, unworn ).
- If you decide that you would prefer a full refund, this can also be arranged.
- For Australian orders we offer free and easy returns.
- For International orders we accept returns, however at this time we do not cover return shipping costs.
WHAT TO DO
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order including order # and style / colour / size of your purchase. Please indicate the reason for your return, and If applicable, indicate the style, colour & size of your desired replacement item.
- For Australian orders, you will receive a Resealable Satchel and Postage Paid Return Label in your order. These can be used in conjunction with Australia Post Red Post Boxes. Be sure to let us know via email@example.com if you don't get yours.
- For International orders, at this time we do not cover return shipping costs.
- Place items you wish to return in to a package or envelope and send to the returns address listed below. Include a copy of the original invoice and your returns email. Venroy is not responsible for lost shipments.

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/FAULTY
- We ensure strict quality controls however if you receive an item that is faulty, we apologise. We will replace your item free of charge - As long as the garment hasn’t been misused and the care instructions have been followed. Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
